The Mixtape Don will spin the latest in Hip Hop and R&B, including the latest & greatest Steady Ballin Records tracks, or you can provide your own music playlist for The Mixtape Don to mix!

If you have a particular list of music you want played, you will have the opportunity to go over that list with The Mixtape Don, himself, so the music can be aqcuired or handed over to him before the event.

Want to take your party up a notch? You can request to have a Steady Ballin Records MC to be the official MC for your party! What better way to send your crowd home happier than to have surprise performances by Dallas' own Steady Ballin Records?

That's right! What's better than a surprise performance by Steady Ballin Records? How about an entire show by the label! You can book the label to perform their latest and greatest tracks just as they would their own ablum release party at your venue.

  • Transportation to and from the Venue (unless otherwise noted), travel expenses may apply.
  • Event Music
    • Original Music by Steady Ballin Records and/or
    • Music Acquired by the DJ as listed in your Playlist and/or
    • Music discs provided by YOU!

Quote
  • Once you contact us with the form below, we will quote you with a price for that day, venue, and other specifics you want for your event.
Payment
  • Payment Types Accepted: Cash, Credit Card (online), Check
    • Deposit
      • (Local) There may be an advanced deposit to book the DJ for an event, may be paid in person
      • (Surrounding Dallas Area) There may be an advanced deposit to book the DJ for an event, can be paid online or in cash (at company HQ)
      • (Out of Dallas Area (more than 50 miles)) There will be an advanced deposit to book the DJ for an event and must be paid online
    • Final Payment
      • (All Locations) Payment must be in cash/check and must be paid before the end of the event
Location & Travel
  • The Mixtape Don DJ Service is based in the heart of Dallas TX
  • The Mixtape Don DJ Service is willing to travel throughout Dallas and its surrounding cities
  • It is possible to book us for venues out of the 50 mile Dallas radius (Houston, Louisiana, Oklahoma, etc.), but travel fees will be added to the overall cost beforehand.
Booking Times & Dates
  • The Mixtape Don DJ Services will accept event dates that are at least 3 days from the time of the online/phone request date IF the travel distance allows for ample time to prepare and travel.
  • If the event date is less than 3 days of the request, a Rush Fee may have to be added to the original estimate.
  • If the date you request is already booked by another person, it's possible your request can be accepted IF the event times and/or distances allow for a successful show.
  • Also, if you MUST have the date requested and it IS already booked, you may have that day/time slot IF:
    • Your original booking price is at least or higher than the event you are bumping
    • You pay your down payment for the event
    • You pay an additional "VIP" fee, which is 35% of your event quote
    • The Mixtape Don DJ Service subsequently agrees to bump the previous customer
  • If your requested date is more than 5 days away, it is rare (but possible) that you may be "bumped" by another person needing that same day/time slot. If this situation arises, it is possible for you to receive a "buy back" compensation fee for your trouble, pending a review from the company. Compensation would be your deposit plus a percentage of your deposit, if the situation arises.
